Uploading & files

My photo won't upload.

Make sure the file is a JPG, PNG, or WEBP under 10 MB. Very large phone photos sometimes fail — resize the image or take a screenshot of it, then upload again. If it still fails, refresh the page and retry.

Which photos work best?

Use a clear, well-lit photo taken straight-on, with the whole room visible and minimal clutter. Blurry, dark, or extreme wide-angle shots produce weaker results.

Generating & results

My generation is stuck or taking too long.

Most images finish in about 8 seconds. If it's been more than a minute, your connection may have dropped — refresh the page and try again. Avoid switching tabs or locking your phone while it runs.

The result has odd furniture or artifacts.

AI staging isn't perfect on every pass. Generate again for a new variation, switch to a different style, or use the masking tool to fix only the area that looks off instead of redoing the whole image.

Nothing changed or the room still looks empty.

This usually means a room type or style wasn't selected, or the photo was too dark for the model to read. Pick a room type and style, then try a brighter photo.

Account & sign-in

My verification code didn't arrive.

Check your spam or promotions folder — codes can take a minute. If it still hasn't come, use "Resend code" and make sure your email is typed correctly.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen choose "Forgot your password?" and we'll email you a reset link. The link expires after one hour.

Google sign-in isn't working.

Allow pop-ups for stagify.ai and make sure third-party cookies aren't fully blocked, then try again. You can also sign in with your email and password instead.

Billing & Stagify+

How do I manage or cancel Stagify+?

Click the profile icon in the top right, then tap the Stripe icon next to Stagify+ to open your billing dashboard, where you can update or cancel your subscription. You can also open the Stripe billing portal directly. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but don't see Stagify+ features.

Sign out and back in to refresh your account. If the features still don't appear, email us at team@stagify.ai from the address you used.

Browser & performance

Which browsers are supported?

Use an up-to-date version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. Older browsers may not support the editor or the drag-to-compare tools.

The page is slow or buttons don't respond.

Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) to clear a stale version, close unused tabs, and disable ad blockers for stagify.ai, which can interfere with uploads.

The site won't load at all.

Check your internet connection, then try a private/incognito window. If it loads there, clear your browser cache for stagify.ai.
