Yes. With Stagify+ the Prompt Bar lets you describe specifics like "add a sectional sofa and a large area rug," and the Furniture tool brings in your own pieces. If just one area looks off, mask it and regenerate only that spot instead of redoing the whole image.

With Stagify+ the Masking Studio lets you highlight up to six areas in different colors, give each one its own furniture photo or prompt, and stage them all in parallel. Only the highlighted spots can change, and every area can generate several versions so you keep the best one.

Make sure the file is a JPG, PNG, or WEBP under 25 MB. Very large phone photos sometimes fail — resize the image or take a screenshot of it, then upload again. If it still fails, refresh the page and retry.

Use a clear, well-lit photo taken straight-on, with the whole room visible and minimal clutter. Blurry, dark, or extreme wide-angle shots produce weaker results. New here? Watch the step-by-step walkthrough first.

Most images finish in about 8 seconds, but a Stagify+ render with several variations, or one where the AI retries for a better result, can legitimately take longer. Leave it running — you can press Cancel under the progress bar at any time, and if something has genuinely gone wrong we stop it for you and say so. Avoid switching tabs or locking your phone while it runs.

AI staging isn't perfect on every pass. Generate again for a new variation, switch to a different style, or use the masking tool to fix only the area that looks off instead of redoing the whole image.

This usually means a room type or style wasn't selected, or the photo was too dark for the model to read. Pick a room type and style, then try a brighter photo. Want the AI to handle it end-to-end? Try AI Designer.

Check your spam or promotions folder — codes can take a minute. If it still hasn't come, use "Resend code" and make sure your email is typed correctly.

On the sign-in screen choose "Forgot your password?" and we'll email you a reset link. The link expires after one hour.

Allow pop-ups for stagify.ai and make sure third-party cookies aren't fully blocked, then try again. You can also sign in with your email and password instead.

Click the profile icon in the top right, then tap the Stripe icon next to Stagify+ to open your billing dashboard, where you can update or cancel your subscription. You can also open the Stripe billing portal directly. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Sign out and back in to refresh your account. If the features still don't appear, email us at team@stagify.ai from the address you used.

Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) to clear a stale version, close unused tabs, and disable ad blockers for stagify.ai, which can interfere with uploads.
